Sizes shown are for the AD-generation Elantra sedan with the standard audio system; front and rear doors both take 6.5" speakers. If your car has the Infinity premium system, it runs a factory amplifier and a rear-deck subwoofer that need an amp-retention interface — and the Elantra GT hatchback is a different body that uses different kits. Not sure which you have? Send us your VIN or trim and we'll confirm the exact fit.

The sixth-generation (AD) Hyundai Elantra is a clean, low-fuss stereo upgrade. The factory dash drops in a single- or double-DIN aftermarket receiver with the right Metra kit, so you can add Apple CarPlay or Android Auto without hacking up the dash. Below are the exact dash kits we stock that fit your 2017–2020 Elantra — choose one, pair it with a head unit, and you're set. If your car has the Infinity premium system, talk to us first so we keep the factory amp and subwoofer working. Want it done right the first time? 2017–2020 Hyundai Elantra stereo upgrade — FAQ

What size speakers fit a 2017–2020 Hyundai Elantra?

On the AD-generation Elantra sedan, both the front doors and the rear doors take 6.5" speakers, so a single set of four 6.5" coaxials covers the whole car. Infinity premium-audio cars also have a factory subwoofer on the rear deck. If you're unsure of your trim, send us your VIN and we'll confirm before you buy.

Can I put a double DIN / Apple CarPlay stereo in my Elantra?

Yes. With the Metra 95-7376B double-DIN dash kit, a 2017–2020 Elantra takes a full double-DIN Apple CarPlay / Android Auto receiver cleanly — the kit fills the factory opening for an OEM-style finish. Prefer a smaller unit? The 99-7376B single-DIN kit fits the same dash.

Will I lose steering-wheel controls or my backup camera?

No. A plug-and-play harness keeps your steering-wheel controls working, and a compatible aftermarket head unit retains the factory backup camera. On Infinity premium trims with a factory amp and rear-deck sub, we add an amp-retention interface so you keep full sound — just let us know your trim.

What dash kit do I need for a 2017–2020 Elantra?

For a double-DIN stereo, use the Metra 95-7376B (the exact '17-up sedan kit); the 95-7362B is an alternate double-DIN option. For a single-DIN stereo, use the Metra 99-7376B. All are in stock above with live pricing. Note: the Elantra GT hatchback is a different body and uses different kits.
