Privacy Policy
6.1 Who we are
Audiomotivez Auto Installations Ltd., operating as AudioMotivez ("we"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For questions or requests, contact us at mo@audiomotivez.com, 2364586006, or 45885 Alexander Avenue, Chilliwack, British Columbia V2P 1L7.
6.2 What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you buy and your order history.
- Booking requests and enquiries: the details you give us, such as your vehicle, the work you want, preferred dates and notes.
- Newsletter: your email address and a record of your consent.
- Payments: card details are entered on Clover's secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Website use: pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location, collected by the analytics and advertising tools listed in 6.4.
6.3 How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
- To answer booking requests and enquiries, and to schedule installation work.
- To send order and appointment updates by email or text message.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve the website and our advertising.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.
6.4 Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- ShopFlo: our order, customer and booking system, which also sends order and appointment emails and text messages.
- Clover: payment processing.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel): website analytics and advertising measurement.
- Shipping carriers: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law. We also disclose information when the law requires us to.
6.5 Cookies
The site uses a cookie to keep your cart between visits. Google and Meta set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may not work without them.
6.6 How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and other personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
6.7 Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, by contacting us at mo@audiomotivez.com.
