Terms of Service
7.1 About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from audiomotivez.com and to installation work booked with us. By placing an order, you agree to them and to our other store policies.
7.2 Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes are calculated at checkout from your shipping address, or at British Columbia rates for pickup orders.
- Payment is processed by Clover on a secure checkout page. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.
- If a product was listed at an incorrect price, or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
7.3 Product information
We work to keep product information accurate, but we are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect specifications or inaccurate product images.
7.4 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including vehicle damage, lost revenue, installation costs charged by others, or the cost of substitute goods.
7.5 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7.6 Age requirement
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to buy from us.
Installation Services Policy
5.1 What we install
We do professional 12V installation at our shop in Chilliwack, British Columbia: head units, speakers, amplifiers and subwoofers, remote starters, backup cameras, dash cams, and electrical work such as Big 3 upgrades and secondary batteries.
5.2 Lifetime labour warranty
We warrant our installation labour for the lifetime of the product in the vehicle it was installed in. It covers defects in our workmanship.
- It applies to the original vehicle and the original owner. It ends if the vehicle is sold or the product is moved to another vehicle.
- It does not cover product defects (see Section 2), damage from later changes made by others, vehicle electrical faults, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5.3 Pricing and estimates
- Our labour rates are posted on our installation page. You get a written estimate before work begins.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book an installation appointment. The balance is due when the work is done.
- If the work would go more than 15% over the estimate, we contact you for approval before continuing.
5.4 Deposits, cancellations and refunds
- The deposit is non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling.
- If we cancel or reschedule, we refund your deposit in full or apply it to the new date.
- Installation services are non-refundable once work has started.
- Please pick up your vehicle within 3 business days of completion. A storage fee of $25 per day may apply after that.
Price Match Policy
4.1 Price match
We will match the current advertised price of an identical, in-stock item from an authorized Canadian retailer when:
- It is the same brand, model and condition (new or open-box).
- The other retailer is an authorized dealer for that product.
- The price is publicly shown right now. Member-only pricing, coupons, auctions and clearance or liquidation sales do not qualify.
- The match covers the product price only, not shipping, taxes or bundle pricing.
- You ask before you buy, or within 7 days after.
4.2 Price protection
If we lower the price of an item within 14 days of your order date, contact us and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
