Product Details

Metra's 99-5715LD is a dash kit for 1996-1997 Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable models without electronic climate control. It lets an aftermarket head unit go into the dash while the car keeps using its factory heater and A/C controls.

The kit retains rear window defroster function and ships complete with a wiring harness plus an antenna extension that runs to the trunk. It snaps into the dash using the factory spring clips. Because it is specific to cars without electronic climate control, check which climate panel your car has before ordering. Confirm fitment for your vehicle's trim and factory audio system before ordering, or book the install with our Chilliwack bay.
